Order acceptance, deadlines and conditions - Bookings can be made by fax, e-mail or online. Each booking becomes valid only upon confirmation by e-mail or Fax from com-a-tec (European office of erpecnews).
- Please note that the advertising pages per issue are limited and bookings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- erpecnews is published monthly (except in the months of January and August) in the first week of the month.
- Artwork deadline is the 20th of the previous month.
- In the event of an advertisement being placed incorrectly, the same advert will be repeated in erpecnews at the first possible opportunity, however the publisher will not be held liable for any consequential damages.
Advertising packages - Special rates apply for packages of two, three or four insertions.
- All adverts within a package have to be inserted within one year.
- Artwork can be changed within a package according to the deadlines indicated. If no new artwork is supplied, the last advert will be repeated.
| | Terms of payment - Invoices are issued by com-a-tec (European office of erpecnews) and delivered with voucher copies after publication of the advertisement.
- Packages are invoiced and due on the whole amount after publication of the first advert.
- All payments are due two weeks after date of invoice.
Technical details
Artwork must be supplied in digital format as high resolution PDF, high resolution JPEG, Adobe InDesign or Adobe Photoshop files. Any other formats must be agreed upon beforehand. We are happy to offer you full design assistance at a cost price of 75 EUR per hour.
Files can be transferred per e-mail to advertising@erpecnews.com, per FTP upload (upon request) or per CD-ROM / DVD sent to: com-a-tec GmbH
